It's our goal to ship all orders received before 12PM PST on the same business day and orders received after 12PM PST by the following business day. However we do not guarantee same-day shipping.
Please allow a minimum of 1-2 business days processing time for all orders. Choosing expedited shipping will not reduce processing time.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days Monday – Friday.

Tracking Your Order
When a tracking number is generated for your order, you will receive an email with shipping details, including a tracking number.
If you experience any issues with tracking your shipment, please allow 24 hours after the order has shipped for the information to become available at the shipping courier's website. If the tracking details have not updated within 24 hours, please contact us.

We hope that you are happy with your Spirit Jersey® purchase. However, in the event that you've changed your mind or need to exchange something, we're happy to accept unworn, unwashed items with tags and care labels still attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your order delivery date.
- Final Sale items - Items purchased on sale can be returned for store credit only.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Please include a copy of your confirmation email or packing slip
Domestic Returns
A prepaid return label will be provided by our return portal at returns.spiritjersey.com. A return shipping fee of $8.95 will be deducted from the total refund amount. Returns for store credit will not be charged a return shipping fee. If you use your own return carrier you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
International Returns
Prepaid return labels are not available for international orders. We do not reimburse shipping charges, duties, or taxes. A return label can be purchased through our return portal at returns.spiritjersey.com

Items must be returned using an insured, traceable shipping method. Spirit Jersey® is not liable for returns which have been damaged or lost in transit. Save a copy of your return tracking number for your records.
Store Credit & Refund Processing Time
Store Credits & Refunds are processed within 4-7 business days of package receipt.
Refund are issued to your original method of payment. Your banking institution may require additional time to process your refund.
