It's our goal to ship all orders received before 12PM PST on the same business day and orders received after 12PM PST by the following business day. However we do not guarantee same-day shipping. 

Please allow a minimum of 1-2 business days processing time for all orders. Choosing expedited shipping will not reduce processing time.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days Monday – Friday.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • Ground/Home Delivery: 3-7 Business days  + Processing Time

  • 2 Day Shipping: 2 Business Days + Processing Time

International

International shipping times will vary but are usually delivered within 10-15 business days.

Shipping times provided here are estimates, not guarantees. Spirit Jersey® & our respective shipping couriers cannot account for weather conditions, road accidents, and other factors which may delay the delivery of your order.

    Tracking Your Order

    When a tracking number is generated for your order, you will receive an email with shipping details, including a tracking number.

    If you experience any issues with tracking your shipment, please allow 24 hours after the order has shipped for the information to become available at the shipping courier's website. If the tracking details have not updated within 24 hours, please contact us.

    Lost Packages

    • Items lost in transit or improperly delivered must be reported through our contact form to initiate a claim process.
    • Orders without shipping protection must wait for claims to be completed with the shipping courier for a resolution to be processed.
    • Orders with shipping protection will have an expedited resolution.
    • A replacement shipment will be sent for all lost packages unless the purchased item is no longer in stock.
    • All replacement shipments will require a signature for delivery.
