Shipping Information
It is our goal to ship all orders received before 12PM PST on the same business day. Orders received after 12PM PST are processed the following business day. Please note this is not guaranteed.
Please allow a minimum of 1 to 2 business days for processing. Choosing expedited shipping does not shorten processing time.
Some special releases and limited edition drops may have longer processing times or future ship dates. If applicable, the expected ship date will be displayed near the add to cart button on the product page.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods
Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Spirit Jersey® and our shipping partners cannot account for weather conditions, road incidents, customs delays, or other factors outside our control.
Standard
1 to 3 Business Days + Processing Time
FedEx
- Ground/Home Delivery: 3 to 7 Business Days + Processing Time
- 2 Day Shipping: 2 Business Days + Processing Time
If the delivery address contains a PO Box, the order will be shipped with USPS instead of FedEx.
International
International transit times vary, but typically deliver within 10 to 15 business days.
The customer or recipient is responsible for all duties, taxes, VAT, and any additional fees required by the destination country.
Tracking Your Order
When your tracking number is generated, you will receive an email with your shipping details.
If tracking does not update, please allow 24 hours after your order has shipped for the information to appear on the courier website. If more than 24 hours have passed without tracking activity, you may contact us for assistance.
Spirit Jersey® is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery. It is each customer responsibility to ensure delivery to a secure location.
Package Protection with Seel
We offer Package Protection through Seel as part of Checkout+. Seel provides support in cases of loss, theft, or damage according to the terms below.
Seel Package Protection applies in these situations:
Loss
- Domestic orders not delivered 30 days after fulfillment
- International orders not delivered 60 days after fulfillment
Theft
- Packages marked as delivered but not received
- Must be reported within 7 days of the package being marked delivered
- Supporting documents, such as a police report, may be required
Damage
- Items damaged beyond usability such as fractured, shattered, crushed, or bent items (if not intended to bend)
- Must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- Does not cover cosmetic issues, manufacturing defects, or packaging errors
All issues must be reported within 90 days of the order date.
If you experience loss, theft, or damage on a protected order, you can begin a Seel claim directly through the Seel Resolution Center:

You may also contact us and we can help initiate your claim. Seel will review the case and pay out the full refund value of the protected items.
Lost Packages
If your order does not have Seel Package Protection, Spirit Jersey® will follow the standard carrier claim process. A claim must be completed with the shipping courier before a resolution can be issued.
Orders with Seel Package Protection are handled directly by Seel and receive expedited resolutions.
Replacement shipments depend on available stock. When available, replacements will require a signature upon delivery.
