Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you are happy with your Spirit Jersey® purchase. However, in the event that you've changed your mind or need to exchange something, we're happy to accept unworn, unwashed items with tags and care labels still attached.

Returns Policy:

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your order delivery date.
Final Sale items: Items purchased on sale can be returned for store credit only.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Please include a copy of your confirmation email or packing slip.

Domestic Returns:

A prepaid return label will be provided by our return portal at returns.spiritjersey.com.
A return shipping fee of $10.00 will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Returns for exchange or store credit will not be charged a return shipping fee.
- Items may be exchanged once per purchase. Previously exchanged items cannot be returned for an exchange.
If you use your own return carrier, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

International Returns:

Prepaid return labels are not available for international orders.
We do not reimburse shipping charges, duties, or taxes.

Spirit Jersey® is not liable for returns which have been damaged or lost in transit.
Save a copy of your return tracking number for your records.

Exchange, Store Credit, & Refund Processing Time & Proceedure:

Exchanges, Store Credits, & Refund are processed within 4-7 business days of package receipt.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your banking institution may require additional time to process your refund.
Store Credits are issued in the form of a Gift Card. to use your gift card, enter the code in the discount code field when checking out
A new order number will be generated for exchanges. You will automatically receive confirmation via email.
