Standard Return Policy
  • You must make your return within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • We will not refund or exchange merchandise that has been worn, altered, or washed.
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Items must be returned using an insured, traceable shipping method. Spirit Jersey® is not responsible for items lost or in transit to our return center.
Domestic (USA) Returns
We hope that you are happy with your Authentic. Original. Spirit Jersey ® purchase. However, in the event that you've changed your mind or need to exchange items: unworn, undamaged items can be returned by using our return authorization form.
Once we have reviewed your request you will receive an email confirming your request you will receive an approving your request. Additional information may be requested prior to approval.

Damages & Miss-Ships

In the event you receive damaged or the the incorrect item(s), submit an R.M.A. request (as outlined below) and submit 1 or 2 photos showing the issue along with the request. Upon approval, a return label will be provided along with your confirmation.

Damaged & miss-shipped items will be replaced with the originally ordered item/style.

Exchanges

While we do not provide direct exchange services at this time, we will issue a refund for your returned garment(s). You're welcome to order your replacement garments at any time.

Refund Processing Time

Returns are processed within 7-14 business days of package receipt and can only be issued to your original method of payment. Your banking institution may require additional days to process your refund.

International Orders Processed Through International Checkout

To request your return or exchange, please log into your International Checkout account and click the 'request return or exchange' option. Then, select the 'request return or exchange' option for the particular order under the RMA section and complete the form.

Please read the RMA terms and conditions. You will be required to agree to them prior to submitting your request. Once submitted, you will be notified whether your RMA has been approved within 3 business days.

Returns will not be accepted unless your request is received within 7 business days of receipt of your order, and must be pre-authorized by International Checkout. You will receive detailed return instructions and a Return Authorization Number when your return / exchange is approved.
